The rent is paid monthly and includes shuttle bus service, 24hour hotline service, room cleaning and change of towels (twice a week), change of bedding linen (once a week), dish washing, service, pest control, room maintenance. On check out day once the utilities (gas, water and electricity) bills are settled, the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
