One Contrat

Clients that are leasing a number of Yopark properties can utilize our standard contract called the General Leasing Agreement. No matter how many leases we manage across Shanghai for you, the contract you signed remains the same for all properties. Therefore we only need One Contract and are able to utilize all our considerable resources and experience to maintain a high standard and ensure a peace of mind in relation to deposits and services.
