Our sales department gathered a group of senior agents who familiar with local real estate market and know customer’s needs deeply. We are up to international market’s criteria and growing steadily. We are still in the crucial growing stage. Our sales keep long term constructive relationship with agents in order to make more customers accept our service apartment and promote new products to both customers and agency. Meanwhile, we cooperate with agency to provide good after service and status chasing after check in. For our long term cooperation partner, we assign Account Manager to solve tenants’ complaints and all the other things which we can make better. Our sales persons also responsible for searching latest market information and keep rental prices up-to-date. We present tailor-made promoting projects to tenants’ company and real estate agencies to assure a reasonable price on the basis of first class service.

※ Account Center
Yopark Account Center is to the tenants and landlords, all the employees in Account Center are professional staff, they are familiar with the foreigners’ habits and they can speak influent English and Japanese. In order to service for the customers, our goal is “We Do More” and make the people feel home away from home. Our services are as following:
1. Preparation for tenant C/I Before the tenant check in our serviced apartment, the customer service will let the agent provide the confirmation letter in order that the tenant can live a comfortable life.
2. Check In
When we do the C/I for the tenant, we will welcome the tenant to live in our department with smile.
3. First impression
We will introduce facilities, electric appliances and its usage to the tenant when first check in. We establish first impression to our customers, and searching tenant’s living details at the same time.
4. First visit after a week’s live-in
Our customer service staff will visit the tenants a week after their check-in. We want to know their needs and solve their problems. Let them feel warm by choosing Yopark’s service.
5. Questionnaire after a month
We will visit tenants again a month later for more specific information, listening their requests and suggestions and give them quick respond. Let them know we care for them deeply.
6. Questionnaire after the third month
It is the most crucial visit. We want to make tenants feel that Yopark is their second home—“ a home away from home”. And hope they will become our brand speaker subconsciously.
7. Complaints
We are more than happy to listening to tenants’ complaints and give them answer and ideal solution at the earliest possible time. We will double confirm with the tenants when the problem is solved and let them experience our service guideline, that is, TO BE THE FIRST TO WORRY ABOUT TENANTS’ TROUBLE AND CONCERNS WHAT THEY CONCERN.
8. We will conduct face to face visit after the complaint is solved and establish good relation with them for future cooperation.
9. Shuttle bus
We provide school bus for Japanese students and make the schedule according to school’s arrangement.
10. Outing
With the purpose of strengthen mutual communication and interaction, we organize outing twice a year for tenants.
11. Non-standard requests
Some tenant will have some non-standard request. For example they would like to get familiar with commercial area for dining and shopping. Also, other requests like applying for parking lot or pet certification. We will give tenants a prompt answer and help them adjust to the new environment quickly and make them a comfortable stay.
12. Medical hotline
We provide 24 hours medical hotline and, if necessary, accompany our customer to hospital. “We will be there when you are in need” we provide warming caring through sincerity.
13. Birthday wishing
Both tenant and landlord are important to us. They are our cooperative partners and our friends also. We will keep record of their birthday and send them the best wishes on his /her birthday. Let them know that we care.
14. Local Weather
Considered that expatriates don’t know Shanghai’s weather and culture well, our customer service can explain it to them if necessary. We want to help them merge into to china’s culture quickly and enjoy a pleasurable local life.
15. Check out
The tenant, HR and agent together with Yopark’s staffs will be present the day of check-out. We will express our sincere appreciation for choosing Yopark and welcome they choose us again.
Service for landlord
1. Communication in time
During the leasing term, our customer service staffs will keep in touch with the landlord should there arise electric appliances break down that needs to be repair or rooms renovation. We will explain to the landlord about the on going process of the project, calculate the price and double confirm way of payment. Our goal is to establish good communication channel and consensus with landlords.
2. Quick feed back
We will give landlords a quick feed back after the repairing is done. Keep the landlord updated about the status quo.
3. Interactive
Should there arise necessity for big repairing project which costs more than RMB 1000. We will make sure that we get both oral and written permission from the landlord for the purpose of keep a good trustworthiness.
Service for agency
1. We will arrange regular visit to agents who have a long term cooperation relationship with us. Communication is important to us. We want to provide greater service to those Real Estate Company and get their support.
2. Communication in time
We will keep chasing all the complaints we get from agent and give them feed back, to let them know our working process and our working spirit.
3. For the serious complaint we get from Real Estate Company, we will visit the company personally and searching any detailed information we can. After that we will report the situation to our management office and solve the problem promptly and give Real Estate Company feed back as soon as possible. We aim to promote mutual understanding and mutual-communication.
Our Account Center’s service concept is “We Do More”. We hope to satisfy our customers’ request the best we could. Meanwhile, we require every staff to think more for our customer and let them feel we are their second home in Shanghai. To satisfy our customer is the embodiment of our company value.
※ Transportation Department
We are in charge of shuttle bus service and Japanese student school bus service. There are 53 employees in our department and they are well experienced in driving. We have 24 bus with many styles, such as Ford 、Jinbei and so on.
Up to now, our shuttle buses have six lines in both Pudong and Puxi, including Lujiazui District, Huaihai Rd District, Gubei and Hongqiao. Our goal is to make the tenants can obtain the convenience.
In addition to it, our school buses for the Japanese tenants’ children will provide the convenient and safe service for the children.
※ General Affair Department
Yopark General Affair Department is mainly responsible for buying goods for our customers and consumptive supplements for the company. It is a professional buyer group who familiar with market price in every aspect. With their first-class after service quality, their work gets compliment from all our customers.

※ Housekeeping Department
