At Yopark we’re committed to providing only the best in service for our tenants. All of our professional staff are familiar with foreign cultures and practices and can communicate fluently in English and Japanese.
Our services include:
Check-in
Before you check in to our serviced apartment, our customer service department will work with the agent to provide a confirmation letter so you can be rest assured of all details regarding your home. On the day of check-in our friendly and professional Yopark staff will welcome you to your new home with a smile.
First Impression
We will introduce you to facilities, amenities and appliances when you check in, as well as double-checking everything is up to standard.
Follow-up Visit
Our customer service staff will visit you a week after check-in to ensure all your needs are being met and all your problems are solved.
Regular Questionnaires
We will visit you again a month later to gather more specific information, listening to yor requests and suggestions and give you a quick response. We’ll also visit again after 3 months to ensure you’re settling in well.
Complaint Resolution
We’ll take the time to listen to any complaints you may have and provide an answer and ideal solution as soon as possible. After the complaint is resolved we’ll make an in-person visit to double confirm everything just to be sure.
Shuttle Bus
Our comfortable shuttle buses have six lines in both Pudong and Puxi, including Lujiazui, Huaihai Road, Gubei and Hongqiao. All of our 53 employees in the Transport Department are very experienced in driving. We also provide school buses for Japanese students according to schools’ schedules.
Customer Events
We organize outings twice a year for our tenants to help make friends, build the Yopark community and get to know you better.
Medical hotline
We provide a 24 hour medical hotline and, if necessary, will accompany you to hospital to ease communication and be there for you when you need us most.
Non-standard Requests
Whatever your request, Yopark will pull out all the stops to try to make it happen. For example if you would like to get familiar with the commercial area for dining and shopping, we’ll take you on a shopping and dining tour. We can also handle other requests like parking lot application or pet certification.
Check out
Our staff will accompany you, your HR staff and your agent for the day of check-out to ensure everything proceeds smoothly.

Our Customer Service Team can also arrange or help you with the following:
- Subscriptions to newspapers and magazines
- Express courier delivery service
- Flight enquiries, bookings, and seat confirmations
- Reservations for hotel rooms, restaurants, cars or chartered cars
- Liaise with pets trust, medical services, legal consultation, tutors, and domestic helpers
- Apply for/cancel telephone and broadband connections
- Liaise with moving services
- Pest control
